【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesparametersbasedonvaluesforhand/armandapproachspeedsandthemethodologytodeterminetheminimumdistancesfromspecificsensingoractuatingdevicesofprotectiveequipmenttoadangerzone.1.2Thesespecificdevicesare:?Tripdevicesasdefinedin3.23.5ofEN292-1:1991(specificallyelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment,includingthoseusedadditionallytoinitiateoperation,andpressuresensitivemats).?Two-handcontroldevicesasdefinedin3.23.4ofEN292-1:1991andcoveredbyEN574.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandardhold-to-runcontrols,whicharedesignedtobeactuatedwithonehand,arenotconsideredtobeprotectiveequipment.1.3ThisstandardgivesguidancebasedontheassumptionthatthecorrectdevicehasbeenchoseneitherbyreferencetotheappropriateType-Cstandardorbycarryingoutariskassessment.1.4Thecalculateddistances,whenimplemented,willprovidesufficientprotectionforpersonsagainsttheriskscausedbyapproachingadangerzonewhichgenerateanyofthefollowingmechanicalhazards,suchas:Crushing,shearing,cuttingorsevering,entanglement,drawing-inortrapping,frictionorabrasion,stabbingorpunctureandimpact.Protectionagainsttherisksfrommechanicalhazardsarisingfromtheejectionofsolidorfluidmaterialsandnon-mechanicalhazardssuchastoxicemissions,electricity,radiationetc.arenotcoveredbythisstandard.1.5ThedistancesarederivedfromdatathattakeintoaccountpopulationgroupslikelytobefoundinEuropeancountriesandareconsequentlyapplicabletothosegroups.NOTE1Ifthisstandardistobeusedfornon-industrialpurposesthenthedesignershouldtakeintoaccountthatthisdataisbasedonindustrialexperience.NOTE2Untilspecificdataisavailableforapproachspeedsforchildren,thisstandardusesadultspeedsandlowerdetectionfactors,whererelevant,tocalculatethedistancesthatcouldbewithinthereachofchildren.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoprotectiveequipmentwhichisintendedtobemoved,withouttools,nearertothedangerzonethanthecalculateddistance,e.g.pendanttwo-handcontroldevices.1.7Theminimumdistancesderivedfromthisstandarddonotapplytoprotectiveequipmentusedtodetectthepresenceofpersonswithinanareaalreadyprotectedbyaguardorelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment.
