【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestowinterservicemachineswhicharedefinedinclause3.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards(seeclause4)identifiedthroughariskassessmentpertinenttowinterservicemachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithdeletedtextEMC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedonlywithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.Winterservicemachinesarenormallymountedoncarriervehicles(e.g.trucks,tractors,constructionmachineryandmobileindustrialhandlingequipment).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforthecarriervehiclesevenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetorealisethewinterserviceapplication.Theserequirementswillbehandledindirectivesandstandardsfortheconstructionofcarriervehicles.Theuseofwinterservicemachinesinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbynationalregulations.Thisstandarddoesnotcoveranyrequirementsfordemountablebodyworksystems(e.g.demountablecontainers).Theserequirementsarespecifiedinotherstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwith:--machinesorcomponentswhicharesolelydesignedforclearingrailssuchasrailsweepersorblowers;--walker-operatedandhand-heldwinterservicemachines;--highwaymaintenancemachinescoveredbyEN13524,suchasfront-mountedsweepers;--machinesforthemaintenanceofsportsgrounds;--machinesforagriculture,horticultureandforestry;--machinesintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestowinterservicemachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
