【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC9796specifiesthreedigitalsignatureschemesgivingmessagerecovery,twoofwhicharedeterministic(non-randomized)andoneofwhichisrandomized.Thesecurityofallthreeschemesisbasedonthedifficultyoffactorizinglargenumbers.Allthreeschemescanprovideeithertotalorpartialmessagerecovery.ThispartofISO/IEC9796specifiesthemethodforkeyproductionforthethreesignatureschemes.However,techniquesforkeymanagementandforrandomnumbergeneration(asrequiredfortherandomizedsignaturescheme)areoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC9796.ThefirstmechanismspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC9796isonlyapplicableforexistingimplementations,andisretainedforreasonsofbackwardcompatibility.
