【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedetermination,atreducedpressures,oftherangeofboilingpointsforpetroleumproductsthatcanbepartiallyorcompletelyvaporizedatamaximumliquidtemperatureof400C.Bothamanualmethodandanautomaticmethodarespecified.Incasesofdispute,therefereetestmethodisthemanualtestmethodatamutuallyagreeduponpressure.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see,,,and.Thispracticeisforconversionoftheactualdistillationtemperatureobtainedatsub-ambientpressuretoatmosphericequivalenttemperature(AET)correspondingtotheequivalentboilingpointatatmosphericpressure,101.3kPa(760mmHg),bymeansofequationsderivedbyMaxwellandBonnell.

【摘要】:Themeasurementofparticulatematterandcollectedresidueemissionratesisanimportanttestwidelyusedinthepracticeofairpollutioncontrol.Particulatemattermeasurementsaftercontroldevicesarenecessarytodeterminetotalemissionratestotheatmosphere.5.1.1Thesemeasurements,whenapprovedbyfederalandstateagencies,areoftenrequiredforthepurposeofdeterminingcompliancewithregulationsandstatutes.5.1.2Themeasurementsmadebeforeandaftercontroldevicesareoftennecessaryasameansofdemonstratingconformancewithcontractualperformancespecifications.Thecollectedresidueobtainedwiththesetestmethodsisalsoimportantincharacterizingstackemissions.However,theutilityofthesedataislimitedunlessachemicalanalysisofthecollectedresidueisperformed.1.1Thesetestmethodsdescribeprocedurestodeterminethemassemissionratesofparticulatematterandcollectedresidueingaseousstreamsbyin-stacktestmethods(TestMethodA)orout-of-stacktestmethods(TestMethodB).1.2Thesetestmethodsaresuitableformeasuringparticulatematterandcollectedresidueconcentrations.1.3Thesetestmethodsincludeadescriptionofequipmentandprocedurestobeusedforobtainingsamplesfromeffluentductsandstacks,adescriptionofequipmentandproceduresforlaboratoryanalysis,andadescriptionofproceduresforcalculatingresults.1.4Thesetestmethodsareapplicableforsamplingparticulatematterandcollectedresidueinwet(TestMethodAorB)ordry(TestMethodA)streamsbeforeandafterparticulatemattercontrolequipment,andfordeterminationofcontroldeviceparticulatemattercollectionefficiency.1.5Thesetestmethodsarealsoapplicablefordeterminingcompliancewithregulationsandstatuteslimitingparticulatematterexistinginstackgaseswhenapprovedbyfederalorstateagencies.1.6Theparticulatematterandcollectedresiduesamplescollectedbythesetestmethodsmaybeusedforsubsequentsizeandchemicalanalysis.1.7Thesetestmethodsdescribetheinstrumentation,equipment,andoperationalprocedures,includingsiteselection,necessaryforsamplinganddeterminationofparticulatemassemissions.Thesetestmethodsalsoincludeproceduresforcollectionandgravimetricdeterminationofresiduescollectedinanimpinger-condensertrain.Thesamplingandanalysisofparticulatemattermaybeperformedindependentlyorsimultaneouslywiththedeterminationofcollectedresidue.1.8Thesetestmethodsprovidefortheuseofoptionalfilterdesignsandfiltermaterialasnecessarytoaccommodatethewiderangeofparticulatematterloadingstowhichthetestmethodsareapplicable.1.9StacktemperatureslimitationforTestMethodAisapproximately400C(752F)andforTestMethodBis815C(1500F).1.10Aknownlimitationofthesetestmethodsconcernstheuseofcollectedresiduedata.Sincesomecollectedresiduescanbeformedinthesampletrainbychemicalreactioninadditiontocondensation,thesedatashouldnotbeusedwithoutpriorcharacterization(see4.4.1).1.10.1Asecondlimitationconcernstheuseofthetestmethodsforsamplinggasstreamscontainingfluoride,orammoniaorcalciumcompoundsinthepresenceofsulfurdioxideandotherreactivespecieshavingthepotentialtoreactwithinthesampletrain.1.10.2Asuspectedbutunverifiedlimitationofthesetestmethodsconcernsthepossiblevaporizationandlossofcollectedparticulateorganicmatterduringasamplingrun.1.11ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandardwithinthetext.Theinch-poundunitsareshowninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;thereforeeachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyofth......
