【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestohot-rolledsteelsheetofhighyieldstressstructuralqualitywiththeuseofmicroalloyingelements.Theproductisintendedforstructuralpurposeswhereparticularmechanicalpropertiesarerequired.Itisgenerallyusedinthedeliveredconditionandisintendedforstructuresthatmayincludebolting,rivetingandwelding.Becauseofthecombinationofhigherstrengthandmicroalloycomposition,itispossibletoobtainsavingsinmass,alongwithbetterformabilityandweldabilityascomparedwithsteelsheetwithoutmicroalloyingelements.Theproductisproducedonawidestrip-mill,notaplatemill.Thisproductiscommonlyproducedinthicknessesfrom1,6mmto6mmandwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsandcutlengths.Hot-rolledsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandconsideredassheet.NOTEHot-rolledsheet,uptobutnotincluding3mminthickness,iscommonlyknownas“sheet”.Hot-rolledsheet3mmandoverinthicknessiscommonlyknownaseither“sheet”or“plate”.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoversteelintendedforboilersorpressurevessels,steelsdesignatedascommercialqualityordrawingquality(ISO3573),steelstobererolledtocold-reducingproducts,steelsdesignatedasweatheringsteels,havingincreasedatmosphericcorrosionresistance,orsteelshavingimprovedformabilitypropertiescomparedwiththoseinthisInternationalStandard.
